Having stayed at luxury hotels and resorts around the world, I can confidently say that the service and hospitality at SLS Cancún are truly exceptional. What sets this property apart is its people. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and genuinely cared for. It’s this personalized service that makes the experience so memorable. A special thank you to Maria, the General Manager, whose leadership and dedication to excellence are evident throughout the property. I’d also like to recognize Abraham and Hector, the Restaurant Managers, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism, along with the many wonderful staff members who made my stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, featuring sophisticated design, spacious and immaculate rooms, breathtaking ocean views, and a beautiful pool overlooking the turquoise Caribbean. Both restaurants offer excellent food and consistently attentive service. While the property and amenities are exceptional, it’s the people who truly make SLS Cancún special. Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel.

The pool and beach are great. There are definite hiccups in terms of service - for example not putting a second roll of toilet paper etc. And there is no heat if needed at night. Can be quite windy.
