My stay was great. Was in town for the Steelers/Bucs game. Renovation going on but they still maintain the property pretty good. The beautiful lady Latesha at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. Will definitely stay again..
Room was much bigger than expected everything was well kept check in and check out we're both very easy staff was helpful in printing some work-related materials
Building is well maintained, room is very clean except for the lobby under renovation and breakfast room was closed so you have to take your food with you.
Overall our stay was great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The property is under major construction and not stated on the website. Lobby, work space and breakfast area were non existent. Room was beautifully remodeled but they cut the water from 10:00 à.m. - 2:00 pm! WiFi was spotty.
Front desk staff was never available and a bit rude. Breakfast was delish!
Property has potential once remodel is complete.

The hotel is going through a refurb presently, so some the rooms will soon all be restored to former days. Our room despite in the older side, we very good, and so spacious for a family of 5, the 2 bedrooms a real bonus. Great breakfast, definitely a highlight! Alongside having a swim. Our stay was really impacted by renovations, just the very visual impact of the lobby being worked on. A good stay and we would stay again.
This is my second time staying at this location. I like the convenience of being close to everything downtown. There was construction this time around so a little more hectic and loud.
I do not love the parking situation and that I have to go across the street, use a parking garage and if it is a busy time you may not find a spot since you can only park in designated areas.
Would like to see the breakfast be a little more upgraded.
Overall I give it a good rating because it is a good hotel choice.
Watch parking across the street in the tiered parking ... remove your bike seats ours was stolen . But the hotel was exactly what we needed and the location was fantastic!!! We'll be back great outdoors space and breakfast was lively
Rooms were clean, staff were great, and the downtown Tampa location felt safe and convenient. That said, the hotel is mid-renovation, and it shows: no lobby seating area, no dedicated breakfast space, and the breakfast itself was bare-minimum (limited hot food options, no real place to sit and eat).
The most frustrating detail: coffee in the lobby was cut off at 9:55 AM, five minutes before breakfast service even ended at 10:00 AM. If you're running a few minutes late or want a second cup, you're out of luck.
Waiving parking fees during the renovation period would have gone a long way toward softening the inconvenience, especially for first-time guests forming their initial impression of the property.
Would I stay again? Maybe once renovations are complete — but not during this phase.
