Great location, the staff was all very helpful and kind, The room was bigger than we were expecting, everything was great except somehow they didn't change our coffee cups (the towels were changed, coffee/tea was refilled) .
The room was clean and the staff was attentive. Prior to my arrival any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer and in a prompt manner. Would gladly stay again
Excellent breakfast, more than you can imagine . Great taste and a lot of options. Best service ever. It is great for first time and first day in Japan.
Really enjoyed staying here! Great modern hotel with great facilities and customer service. The room we got wasn’t huge but it was spacious enough to fit 4 comfortable single beds (2A 2C). The shower was amazing - 6 settings for different types of water outputs! Our room also came with a washer/dryer which was a godsend for laundry. The hotel also had a lounge for families to enjoy snacks and a little play area. The hotel was 10-20min walking distance to Tokyo station and Ginza. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan.
We had an awesome stay. The hotel is in a wonderful area, the king room was spacious, and the property was awesome. For any return trip, I would not want to stay anywhere else!
Overall, the hotel is outstanding. It offers an excellent breakfast, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a real advantage. It's very close to Tokyo Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining.
Exceptionally clean and well located. Only a short walk to the major Tokyo station, or a small station that's even closer. Perfect to be out of the hustle and bustle, but a very short walk to Ginza. Exceptionally clean rooms, albeit small - but that's Japan. Faultless in its entirety.
The hotel stay was excellent! My family - my wife, 3 teenage sons, and I - stayed in the adjoining 3-person rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, and the location - close to subway/train stations, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza - was great.
Having free snacks in the afternoon/evening in the 2nd floor lounge/dining area was a bonus. I’d recommend this hotel to any traveler(s).
We loved our stay here. It is close to the Tokyo station which made getting in from the airport a breeze. It's only a 4 minute walk to the hotel from the station (or 15 depending on what side of the station you get out of - pay attention to google maps and follow the signs in the station to the correct exit!) It's also close to a different metro stop - so getting around Tokyo is easy.
Our room was three single beds, so it was cramped, but comfy. The bath and shower were amongst the larger in the hotels we stayed at. And their breakfast was by far the best and most varied in all the four hotels we stayed during our trip. I would easily recommend staying here.
