This is a great place to stay in Taormina. We weren’t sure if we should stay so high up but the shuttle service the hotel provides is super easy to use. Can take short walk up the hill to amazing views as well as stairs down to corso umberto. Breakfast always amazing and having the pool was perfect. Beautiful views in from each room. We booked the enta suite and it was amazing

Beautiful hotel, great staff and reasonably priced food and drinks. Good location with wonderful views of the bay, mountains and etna. Pool was always welcomed in the heat and never overly busy. Shuttle was well used and reliable. Just wish it serviced the train station as taxis were expensive. Already looking forward to a return trip.

Can't fault this hotel. Amazing views from our balcony of Etna erupting when we were there early July 2026. Staff couldn't do enough. Arranged a trip for us, shuttle bus to the town is great bonus. Highly recommend

This hotel was first class in every single way. Food, drink and customer service was exceptional. Absolutely stunning decor and views of Sicily. The only downside for me was that I didn’t get to meet Jim Kerr but hopefully will do at some point as I will definitely be returning to this fantastic establishment 😁

A wonderful stay in Taormina! The hotel’s location is simply outstanding, with magnificent views over the bay and Mount Etna that make every moment special. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate, the staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast on the terrace was unforgettable. Combining stunning scenery, excellent service, and easy access to the heart of Taormina, this hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing Sicilian getaway. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fabulous with very friendly and attentive staff. The food is fresh and delicious and there is a wide drink selection. Room was comfortable and well appointed with a lovely balcony area. Pool was clean as was the pool area. Shuttle bus service into town was excellent.

Everything about the hotel was excellent including the restaurant which we used twice. Stunning views, relaxing pool, lovely room with a view of Mt Etna, friendly helpful staff. The regular, timely shuttle service down the hill makes visiting the town easy.

Excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, rooms tastefully decorated and furnished and the swimming pool was such a relaxing space during the hot weather of our visit. Oh and views of Mt. Etna were stunning. The hotel shuttle bus for a small fee was essential due to the location up the hill.

Loved our stay at Villa Angela. The views from our balcony were amazing! High up on a hill, but the shuttle service to town was very handy. The entire hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I both loved this beautiful hotel. From the time we were checked in by the lovely Ada, until the sad time when we had to leave. The hotel is lovely and the views are breathtaking. Our room was great and had a large terrace that looked out at Mt. Etna and the coastline below. Walter was great at driving us into town and back, as well as being informative about the area. The restaurant had a great view and a delicious choice of food on the menu. The breakfasts were also incredible! Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. We were already looking at available dates of when we could come back. It’s definitely a place we will return to again. Highly recommend this hotel and their wonderful, caring staff.
