Breakfast had different selection each day for the 3 days we stayed; which is a great thing. The water in the bath tub for some reason flows over and spills in the bathroom floor which doesn’t help to keep the bathroom tidy is the only downside, but otherwise Great downtown location.

The location was very good to travel on the free shuttle bus on 16th street to the Rockies stadium. The buffet breakfast was well stocked with a great variety of choices.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the front desk clerk, Tatiana, resolved the overage billing issue that I had. The hotel was very nice. We had a wonderful view, it was close to the event we weee attending and I was never concerned with safety while walking in the area.

The breakfast area is huge! Plenty of food, well prepared and clean. The beds we slept in were so comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases were the softest I've ever experienced! Everything we wanted was in walking distance, we loved it all!

The hotel is very conveniently located to walk to restaurants and the downtown corridor. The rooms are a good size and had blackout curtains. Getting to the parking garage from the hotel rooms is a little tedious because you have to use a certain set of elevators, however you can’t call only the garage side elevators so it’s just by chance. I had to continually send elevators away and keep calling them to finally have access to the garage floors. I would still stay at this hotel though even with that annoyance.
