Would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly, rooms fully stocked and other items were available upon request. Coffee 24/7, pool was heated, tons o f parking and located to shopping, food and beaches. The staff gave us so much information on things to do from tubing to breakfast. The pool was clean and heated, grill and grill area was clean and open for any one wanting to use it. Very nice property

Rooms are very spacious, large bathroom, large tv and had everything I needed. Love the location, kind of tucked away with lots of trees but it my window was the interstate, which didn't bother me. Close to several stores and places to eat, including Top Golf. Only concern, was my room was right bedside the exit door to go to pool area. The door slammed each time it was opened. Couple times, later in evening, it scared me because it was so loud. And then, it woke me up in the morning again. Staff was wonderful and not one other complaint. I was in Room 101. I would love to come back but have a different room. Didn't use the pool but looked nice also.

Found hair in the bed, in the shower and also on the "clean" towels. Noticed if you walk around barefoot in the room your feet will look like you have been walking outside barefoot. The staff is very friendly and plenty of parking.

The rooms are great. The pool is great. The curtains are made so they do not close. So you have light from the parking lot. I was not informed ahead of arrival that the elevator didn't work. I have COPD. No one offered to help carry bags to the top floor. It took two days to get the first floor. The staff is polite.

I liked how clean the hotel was. When we arrived they were cleaning the carpets and it smelled very clean. What i didnt like was that my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also there was a plate of food in the microwave left from previous guests. Otherwise i would say i enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful.

We had 2 rooms for two families, one on the 1st floor and one on the 4th floor. It was nice to have the kitchen area for washing baby bottles. Located back in a quiet area. Front desk was left unattended quite frequently for extended periods so when needing assistance it wasn’t always available. We had key cards that stopped working twice, and needed to pay for something from the snack store, but had to wait or go back later on to get assistance. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean.

I didn't get the room I paid for. Then the room we got smelled and the ac was so bad and they really need to clean the vents, its smelled of mold and they masked it with air freshner. I will say the staff was nice, friendly and the girl that checked us in apologized they didn't have to room i paid for available and she did try to upgrade us but again it smelled moldy, needed to be cleaned. It was a means to an end and I appreciate the effort of the staff but I probably wouldn't stay there again, unfortunately. My husband is a big Candlewood suites fan and this one let us down.
