(186 reviews) The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. (Could use a toilet paper holder!) The staff were very professional and kind. Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort. (136 reviews) Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Overall this is one of our all-time favorite hotels, and we recommend it without reservation. (321 reviews) Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. Regardless, we will be coming back.
