The view from our room of the beach and ocean was good. The staff was very hospitable, competent and gracious. We enjoyed everything about the resort except a couple of restaurants had less than outstanding food. The majority of restaurant options were very good.

Secret was the most beautiful hotel. The amenities was 10 out of 10. The staff was a 10 out of 10 cleanliness no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were beautiful the view just what I expected. My birthday was a real success and I will go back there again. I have lots of fun

Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Front desk team did really good job accommodating the room that was requested, but after a follow up request. Room was clean but the design was average to be honest it did not give us the resort vibe! Could have more option for seafood. Restaurants had good food but lacked one proper buffet where you could walk in and eat from different options.

Friendly and personable staff. Food was decent with the Japanese restaurant being the highlight. However, expect "island time" services. Lots of options for lunch buffet. Room was great, comfortable and modern. Pool was good with fun activities provided by staff.
