Great room and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The number and quality of eating and drinking options on the premises really sets Dorchester apart. Glad I spent my last night in town on this trip, and will plan to return for more extended stays in the future.
For you moment we walked through the hotel doors, all the staff members were attentive to our every needs. A fantastic two day stay and will definitely stay again. The breakfast was fabulous.
Super professional and helpful staff. Feels like home away home here. Super clean, nice shopping around very close to the Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Harrods etc … only walking distance

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the gifts,
Check in was smooth and all staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything available to make our stay comfortable. Luxury is apparent everywhere, but not flashy like some hotels. Quality and comfort abound.
We had such a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy and even the third bed we had put in the room was super comfy.
The staff even left a birthday present for my mum when they discovered it was her birthday.
A very special overnight stay and I would stay again in a flash.
We had a perfect time staying at The Dorchester. The staff and services are fit for a king and make this an excellent place for anyone seeking a uniquely English experience in opulence and refinement.
One of the best hotels in London. The room was incredibly luxurious and spacious. Location is amazing near the park and tons of restaurants in Mayfair. Will definitely be back.
On the edge of Hyde Park. A few blocks from Shepherd Market, Audley Public House and Oxford Street. Most everything in London is close to something. Concierge service is exquisite and the entire staff is always more than willing to help. Unlikely to be disappointed.

Unbelievably nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The service was above and beyond. We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this one is definitely among the best. Can’t wait to visit again.
