We stayed for 5 nights in August. Our room was very clean . The staff was welcoming and informative when we asked questions about getting to the ferry. The breakfast had many options and had a few of the bay. The balcony is just the right size for two people . The view is beautiful in the morning. If we visit the area again we will definitely stay again.

The staff at the registration desk was cheerful and helpful. After conversing with other guests and hearing that we had driven from Western MD, Phil changed our room to one that had a balcony view of the bay. My husband enjoyed seeing the change in the water level and pointed out a fascinating duck that would dive in the water and pop up yards away. It was beautiful to wake up to the crisp air and scenic view. The chairs and decor were very attractive.

Everything about the property was great, but the staff are the real reason I would come back. They were so helpful during my stay, and so kind at a time I was under a lot of stress. I will definitely stay there again and refer others. And if any of the staff reads this and remembers me, I passed my exam :)

Ok. So this place was good for what I paid. It did suck that we had to walk across to the main building for breakfast. The room was clean and taken care of. Strangely enough there was not shower curtain…? But we still managed. You can definitely hear a lot of the noise coming from the next door rooms. Breakfast items were great, good variety. Like I said, it was good for what we paid for, especially since we didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep.
