Staff was very kind and super helpful. We had a few room issues that were addressed promptly. First room had what appeared to be bed bugs. We were moved to another room immediately. The remainder of our stay was fine. Room was clean, bed was super comfy, and we were able to sleep late thanks to a late checkout. Hotel also has shuttle service from the airport
