Loved the atmosphere and some of the staff was helpful and kind. Others seemed not to care. I really did enjoy the property though and being so close to universal was a huge plus

Great location. Literally right outside the gate of USJ. The beds were great. Staff was nice. Room was quiet despite being in USJ main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
