Also charged an extra 2% and up to $500 pesos per person taking the free shuttle for traveling from airport to the hotel. Heads up!!! Shuttle is only free for one who booked the hotel. Even if you book it with additional people. I guess they want your family to walk. I will never go or recommend them to anyone. It would be different if the driver said your family cost extra. Or the lady at the counter said, your family cost extra. This is one the highest recommend places to be. Such a disappointment with hidden fees. Maybe it just extra for America people. Overall, a very decent day and I will stay there again at some point on my next vacation to General Santos. I guess my biggest disappointment would be that the breakfast buffet was fair at best because it didn’t stay stocked very. The carpet was dirty and the room had a bad mildew smell. We toughed it out because we were not in the room but to sleep. Overall the appearance and atmosphere, the location and service is great! I was pleased with the dining, good food and friendly staff!
