Staff were excellent. We unfortunately didn’t get the room booked but a big shout out to Laith who went above and beyond to find us a different suitable room and offered us complimentary dinner and wine to compensate us for difference. We appreciated him doing his best to make our stay enjoyable. All staff were well trained, friendly and professional, always helpful. Resort is beautiful and well maintained.we would highly recommend and stay again.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Kempinski Muscat, conveniently located in Al Mouj, was incredible. Just a short walk to The Walk, which offers a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and stunning views. The beach was serene and quiet, making it the perfect getaway!
