Very convenient location. The only issue was that there were a lot of homeless in the area and walk around the immediate neighborhood for a little cautious. The hotel was great though.

The hotel lobby is very spacious, clean, and inviting. The Skyview on the 39th floor is a must; it's intimate, with great cocktails and a magnificent view of the city. The two-level gym is a plus!

Nice room and really nice hotel. The air conditioning was quite weak and would turn off when you would leave so it would have to start all over again when you got back to your room. Really nice gym. And very close to the transit station so that was great.

My husband and I always love staying here! It’s one of our favorite hotels in the world! We loveeeee how clean it is and the modern decor! We always pay a bit more for a nice view too! Also the bar at the top is soooo cool! Amazing views!🌌

Our check-in process was a little awkward and they actually gave us keys to the wrong room. However, the staff was very helpful and once settled in...our stay was fantastic. 'The View' is an amazing amenity. ABSOLUTELY recommend venturing up there at least once. We felt that the breakfast buffet (in the lobby) was a little pricey, but honestly...the best breakfast buffet I've had at any hotel. Do be aware that the B55 Crafthouse is NOT open for lunch or dinner as mentioned in the website. At the same time, there is plethora of other choices near by. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay. We got in at 10 AM from our early morning flight and checked in to simply drop off our luggage only to be surprised with an our room ready. We were so happy, for we got to nap for 30 minutes before exploring the city. Customer service here is top-notch.

The front desk staff was very kind when I was checking in. It was a very quick process. My room was also very clean and felt very comfortable while I stayed there. I also loved that it included a sound machine for when it was time to sleep!

The property has alot of guests which is great for the property. But there is not enough staff. To check in was over an hour. On the day we left, our flight left at night, check out at 11am. The line for the bag storage was super long. Only 2 staff members were working, people were getting upset, yelling profanities. Trying to cut the line to get there luggage or leave it. It was not the hotel staff workers fault, they were just overwhelmed by the amount of people. I felt bad for them, but they kept there composure and class. Other than that, the stay was great. The room is spacious, the location is close to union square. Rooftop bar The View was nice.
