The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. We enjoyed the massage chair too after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location to see Himeji Castle and lots of great eating spots.

The rooms were lovely and clean and were well stocked with amenities. Our rooms all had a stunning view of Himeji castle - couldn’t ask for more. Parking was easy and fairly reasonable.

Great option to stay close the train station and at a walkable distance from the Himeji Castle. Right beside a shopping street with plenty of stores a restaurants. The size of the bedroom was great and the bathroom was a good size as well (bigger than other bathrooms and rooms we stayed during our trip).

Very clean excellent location, easy parking. Just a little disappointed that the exercise room didn’t have at least some dumbbells. That could’ve made a world of difference as far as exercise goes other than that would definitely stay here again.

good bang for the buck hotel, Good location especially if you are driving, the parking is a bit negative with the 11pm-7am closure. The parking staff emphasizes you must return to the hotel before 11pm, the parking is 1200 yen, expensive for elevator style parking if you ask me. The room is pretty good, spacious, but in hindsight, 2 beds might give you a bigger and more spacious room than 2 beds which is weird since usually its the same size room with only bed size differences. Regardless, great location, great staff, parking is a minor negative.

Location next to covered arcade and within 5 minutes walk to train stations and bus stops. 15 minute walk to castle. Many food options nearby. Bus or taxi best for major sites in Himeji. Osaka short Shinkansen ride from Shin Osaka station. Himeji to KIX has a bus if have luggage and goes door to door. Train requires 1 transfer. Train faster but involves movement. Bus slow but easy with luggage.
