Greatest service I have had in any hotel in the world. There is absolutely exceptional level of amenities and spa care. They really do put attention to detail into everything. Rooms were royaltly. Only thing I would say is the lack of a decent sized balcony but the service and ambience makes up for it

From check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The concierge was incredibly helpful, booking us last-minute dinner reservations. West bay location was perfect, easy & cheap to take a taxi to Katara Village or souq near the old town. Food was delicious at the all restaurant, especially at Curiosa.

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was attentive and responded promptly to any requests or concerns. When my room had a slight issue, the team immediately upgraded me to a beautiful room with stunning beach and pool views, which made my experience even more memorable. A special touch was the lovely birthday cake they surprised me with, which made my celebration feel extra special. Waking up to breathtaking sunrise views each morning was truly a highlight. I have to say: this was one of the best hotel experience I‘ve ever had. Hotel, room and especially the service were just outstanding, excellent and professional. I have been to many five star hotels, but this hotel was by far extraordinary. You really feel that you are welcome there, even though there are other guests - the people who work there take good care of you, they always welcome you with your name (not just by saying „sir“) and everyone says hello and gives you a smile while walking through the hotel. A special thanks to Anna from the receptionist, the hotel can be very lucky to have you!
