Overall great experience. Food was great, alcohol was decent. The rooms were clean and property was well maintained. The only downside is open air restaurants so it’s really hot when you’re trying to eat.

We had a wonderful time visiting for a quick getaway. The staff was GREAT! Especially the servers and Guillermo our butler/concierge. They went out of their way to make the trip fabulous. The vibe was a little too chill in my opinion however it could be that occupancy seemed low. The quality of the food, staff, amenities and pricing was very good overall. The location was great if you like going to 5th avenue.

The resort was beautiful, the service was the best I have ever had traveling to Mexico. The food was great. My only complaint is I didn't like the menu about 80% of the menu is seafood and I'm not a big seafood eater. The service at the resort was so good they made me off menu meals that were fabulous. Now that's a 5* vacation.
