The hotel had a friendly accommodating day staff. They explained the area to us and kindly answered questions. Treats were placed in the room! The hotel was clean and comfortable. If anything was needed, it was sent us. The hotel was in a lovely area in the plaka.

I'm not sure how this hotel is only 3 stars, it deserves more! We had a double room, while small in comparison to North American hotel rooms, it was well appointed and had all the amentities needed for an amazing stay. It was super close to everything. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly! It seemed like every day there was a little snack left in our room for when we returned and chocolates in the evenings. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay while in Venice!

The hotel is in a really good location just off St Marks and handy for the water taxi. Rooms were comfortable but breakfast was a little weird being a “served buffet” which wasn’t to our liking.

Excellent Hotel, service was great and the area was perfect. Staff wad very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! A huge extra was that they even provided an app with all information and recommendations to see!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff in every regard, nothing was too much to ask. Excellent air con and facilities in the room were superb. Location was absolutely ideal for exploring from. Will be back if we can.

Location was good but just basic . Few English speaking staff and property had trash bags lined in hallway in the morning. Rooms very noisy can hear next and top rooms in the middle of might. Not worth for the price tag.

A treasure near San Marco . What a find! The rooms were nice for a boutique hotel. It was close to everything . One of the nicest things was the breakfast service. In addition, the front desk staff was excellent.

This is a wonderful hotel, romantic, centrally located, with a gracious and accommodating staff. The rooftop balcony with service is worth the stay alone. If you visit Venice, treat yourself and stay here.
