Adding to my review here. We have now been staying here for a couple of months, the rates go way down with weekly and monthly stays The place is set for a long stay and is a studio apt. I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good.

Staff was friendly. Rooms weren't in the best condition but was a good rate; you get what you pay for. Had an issue with my key card not working in the door. Turned out to be that specific card. Front desk lady made me more copies to ensure I didn't get locked out of my room after they left for the night.

Despite its worn exterior, the room offered solid amenities including a spacious, well-functioning refrigerator, a convenient kitchenette, and attentive customer service.
