Easy access to Lake Street and 390. Being close to the street meant moderate road noise, but not too bad. Full size refrigerator and microwave in the unit, 2 burner stove. No dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee maker, blender. Bring what you need. Elevator was out of order but only 3 floors, so not a big problem, but if you need a functioning elevator call ahead of time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location of this property was great. Close to work. However, the kitchen appliances were very outdated and run down looking. There were tons of ants. The front desk had someone to come and spray, but the ants were still there. We moved the tv stand only to find tissue and a used sanitary napkin. UNACCEPTABLE! The hallways reeked of cigarettes and old carpet. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at an Extended Stay Hotel. My husband and I have stayed in other locations before. This experience made us not want to book a stay with this company anymore. We were totally disappointed with our most recent stay. We’re upset that we spent our money during a time that we just moved from our home and in the middle of trying to get another place, when money is really tight. The building doesn’t even smell good like most hotels. So from the moment we walked in, I had a feeling what it would be like staying there. Never Again!

Staff is great, the rooms have seen better times, lots of scuffs and chips. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 Weeks!! No utensils, plates or any cookware as before, now it comes as an extra charge, so nothing about this hotel is basically an “Extended Stay” just a fridge probably and Vintage, electric stove….. Staff is great, but their hands are tied on what corporate has done to the place most likely.

Good value if your looking for a cheaper place

Price was good, bed was comfortable, location was decent. Front desk lady was very nice. Room was clean. I was in room 210 and down the hall from me smelt really bad of cat pee. I had to walk through the smell going in and out of my room. The remote for my TV sucked. It barly worked and took probably 20 minutes to get to a channel I liked. I need tv to sleep so it was a must.

Gave a queen bed at first when we reserved a king, elevator was out of service, carpet was dirty, and found blood in a corner of the bathroom which had a cracked sink.
