The pool and beach were beautiful. I do feel the rooms need a little face-lift, like repainting the doors and maybe up dating the bathrooms. Food was excellent! But the menu was small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely go back.
This property is top notch. Is is not brand new but is well manicured, the valet staff were on top of things. Check-in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Multiple pools allowed for people to spread out and beach access was easy. 10/10 WILL stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable, beautiful view. Staff was attentive and the spa was relaxing.
The resort was beautiful and clean. Great beach good food at the restaurants. The pools were cold and we were there mid April. The kids didn’t even want to go in the pools. They need to work on heating these pools. The front desk was severely understaffed, but they were super friendly. The elevators were down three times and our six night stay.
The staff had such positive energy and they were so helpful. The only thing that I would mention to other travelers is that there is a lot of walking, there are very long, narrow halls between rooms, so if you have issues walking, I would request a room on the first floor closest to the exits.
Property location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation. Service was extremely slow. Seems as though there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate all the guests on a busy week. Our room had amazing oceanfront views, however, when booking it said it slept 4 people and it did not. There was only one king bed and no sofa bed avail. Had to order a Rollabed for my two kids that the hotel said would be $25 a night. They said it wasn’t their fault due to booking through a third party website. Kind of frustrating way to start the trip.
We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to jump our battery after we pushed them to do so. After the car started, we had no more problems the rest of our stay. We switched from valet to self parking and saved about $100.
