I spent a week there with my family and we were very overwhelmed by all the staff especially Askil’s great bartender takes care of us and makes for us some good refreshing drinks. All the servers at the dining were very nice. Great place to stay and my 8 year old son likes it so much and feel like to stay for more days.

Lovely stay! We really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, delicious food, fab beach, good swimming, warm welcome. Good entertainment considering we went during down season. Nice pool! Nice rooms! Attentive housekeeping! Lovely spa! Only thing I would improve is the fact that some staff were super kind and friendly, and some staff were frosty cold!

Lovely holiday! Relatively small hotel with lots of nature around. Beautiful sea with so many fishes to see within metres from the beach. Our 6 year old loved it too. Good service throughout the hotel. Live singers in the evening. Relaxing massage at the spa which was good value for money.

This property is very well kept. The staff are amazing. Specially Damian and Nathaniel at the swim up bar they kept the energy and drinks going… Ontario at the reef was also amazing. In general everyone is very helpful, friendly and ready to help. Will def comeback and recommend to others.

Highly recommend! Amazing and friendly staff. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food and drinks were great! Location was close to town. I would recommend using taxi service for travel, George the taxi driver was amazing and friendly. If he’s available, I would highly recommend using him. He would hang out around the hotel and they had him on call. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beach was picturesque. The staff works very hard to make sure you feel welcome and you enjoy your time with them.

Room needed better AC was super hot. Beds are hard but clean. Need more activities to do throughout and play music at the bars all day. Bummer you can only eat at steakhouse once per week and have to book it. Drinks and service were amazing and so was the food!

The staff was absolutely wonderful!! They were easily the best part of our stay. The pool and beach were also great, and we loved the food and very strong drinks. A couple things that weren’t our favorite was the AC in our room and water pressure in the shower. We had to call to have our AC fixed and it still didn’t cool the room down much (4 of our friends had the same experience in their rooms too), and there was little to no water pressure in the shower.

Our stay at Sugar Bay Barbados was truly amazing. The resort is beautiful, with lovely decorative details that make it feel cozy, clean, and well maintained. The staff was one of the highlights—everyone was extremely warm, welcoming, polite, and always willing to help. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. You could really taste the freshness of the fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. There are also several restaurants, a pool café, and different bars, so there is always something to enjoy. The beachfront location is perfect. You simply walk out of the resort and you’re right on a beautiful beach with gorgeous sand and water. 🏝️ There are also plenty of activities included, including snorkeling and water sports, and even a complimentary horse experience, which was such a nice touch. The nightly entertainment with singers and dancers made the evenings even more enjoyable and created such a fun atmosphere. Overall, Sugar Bay exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a perfect Caribbean getaway.

This property was one of the smaller all-inclusive that I’ve ever stayed in. However, the staff was superb. The staff were VERY friendly, kind , and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The food was good. And the beach was nice and clean. . They remembered you the next day and would greet us. Only one con- the air-conditioning wasn’t the greatest and the system may need some updating to completely cool the rooms. I’d recommend this all- inclusive if you don’t want the very big All -inclusive resorts. And Nakisha at Karma Spa was Amazing!!!!
