I liked the location of the property and the size of the room. Very clean. The only things I didn’t like were the uncomfortable beds, lack of hot water and the inability to control the temperature of the room. I also wish I had picked a room with a different view as we looked at the center of the building.

After booking last minute, I was surprised to get a great room overlooking Queens Landing and Lake Michigan with a view of Navy Pier. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the building and room were clean and historically appealing. I'll stay here whenever I come back to Chicago!

I would definitely stay here again!!! We barely had to drive everything is walkable! The only problem we had was that the toilet wouldn’t flush but they sent someone to fix it right away.
