This property has Las Cruces flair, was extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The restaurant had indoor and outdoor patio seating where we enjoyed a live band, too!!! The pool and hot tub snuggled into the property ‘gardens’ made it feel more resort-like than a hotel! A true relaxing get away!

The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The pool was small and crowded. There was some kind of school party there with 10 kids. I don't know if they stayed at the hotel or rented the pool. It was hard to find a place to sit.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Encanto during our two nights stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We loved the tile bathroom floor and the toiletries left in the bathroom. And they will be upgrading to the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area too be greener and not waste product. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area. Beautiful landscaping, so many areas to sit and relax. A gas fireplace and a gas fire pit also made it very special. There are two restaurants, one that serves breakfast and lunch and one that serves dinner and has a bar. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The gym was great and even had free weights. All in all a great stay and we will be back.
