The highlight of the stay was the manager at the front desk, Jared. He was absolutely superb and accommodated everything i needed. Only complaint and not even a big one its just Room had only been cursory cleaned, found old dental picks and food wrappers behind my nightstand.

Always a 10/10 stay at The Earl. It’s cozy, incredibly clean, and reliable. No complaints whatsoever! Plus, the breakfast—specifically the fresh pastries—is worth waking up for.

I couldn't have asked for a more cozy, comfortable place to stay. Also our host had everything setup for entertainment along with a view that is amazing. I would re-book in a heartbeat.

Not modernized, but somewhat expected.Place was clean and lake view was a little restricted but still captivating.Bathrooms for each bedroom was the main reason for our renting of this home.Location was within walking distance for restaurants, shopping, etc.Hosts we’re responsive, 2 of the 11 bathrooms ...

Great little city.
Went to watch Iceman Cometh mountain bike race, 30 miles of trails from Kalkaska to Traverse City. Over 5000 riders/racers competing for prize money and trophies.Very exciting!
Many great local restaurants!The Charlevoix Pizza Company has amazing thin crisry crust chicken bacon ranch pizza. Pig's Eating Ribs has great shakes and bbq with sides. Smoke on the Water has great breakfast. Sour cream and lemon curd pancakes.
We went to Charlevoix for the Applefest. Even though the weather was less than ideal, everyone we met was open and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to visit this event again in the future.
We went to a wedding at the farm.
