Everyone was super amazing, my room was super clean and beautiful! It’s in a beautiful part of town if you want to walk around and explore, the only down falls were that I thought they had a pool which was advertised and they didn’t and the parking lot has lots of bad potholes.
The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out! The hotel was nice and spacious and had a great view of the river. The room was clean but in need of updating and some repairs to the shower and bathroom. Overall it was a good stay.
Our room was clean and like the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room a kitchen with a full size fridge and the 24 hour coffee machine was always fresh though the place was nice and convenient for us
Only had 1 towel and a bath mat when we checked in. As soon as I asked for a couple more, the gentleman was on it and took very good care of us.

This is a very basic hotel that has not had updates in while. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant it Thai. There are eating opportunities relatively close.

I could tell updates have been made on the interior and the room was fine. The exterior looks a little sketchy and the area was quite loud inside and outside. Some kind of continental breakfast would have been nice. Staff was very nice. When I initially got into my room, the windows had been left open and it was a 90° day and the room was 88°. It didn’t take long to cool down, but was kind of weird that the windows had been left open.
The staff was very nice and the room was clean and cozy. Its an older hotel but still in excellent condition. Go try it.

Nice place, needs some touch ups
The hotel itself is nice. Foyer is very well kept and looks amazing. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Wonderful outdoor area with walking paths to the river. Great views. The room its self need improvement. Inconsistent paint job, the draps in the bedroom were broken, and after mentioning it 4 times they were never repaired. Had to secure it myself. TVs were rather old. The overall room was nice though. Big kitchenette, dining table. The couch was comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. We felt very relaxed for the trip and hope to come back next time and maybe see it in better condition.
There is a sign directly next to the door stating “POLICE PARKING ONLY”. We should have left at that point.
The lobby is very misleading- nice with a fireplace and chairs. Rooms were likely nice 20+ years ago but are very run-down and dirty now. There were holes, patched and unpatched. There were water marks on the ceiling. The door lock appeared to have been kicked in at some point. There is an inch or so gap under the door to the hallway so light pours in at night and makes you feel very exposed. We had let the property know we needed linens for the sofa bed but there were none. The desk is unstaffed for most hours but there was a security guard who was able to provide us with bedding. However, the mattress was filthy and stained. A spring fell out of the sofa bed when we opened it and the sheets we were given had large stains. This property seems to be a bait-and-switch. The rooms are not-at-all like the pictures and this seems to be more of a place for unhoused people to stay, rather than for travelers.
The woman who happened to be at the counter (staffed until 3pm) was friendly but forgot my drivers license in the copier so I needed to return. She had left but the guard helped me. The lobby was nice but had a strong aroma of rotting garbage dumpster which permeated throughout the hotel. We were glad to leave as quickly as possible, unable to check out as there was no one at the front desk.
We booked 3 king beds with pullout couches. When we checked in we were assigned one king bed and two queens. Room one; blood on the shower curtain, pull out inaccessible due to TV stand. Black mold in shower. Numerous holes in the walls. Room 2; broken entry door looked like it had been kicked in at one point. Dirty towel that was folded up and presented as clean. Huge stain on the carpet. Smelled awful. Pull out inaccessible due to TV stand. Room 3; broken lock on the door didn’t lock unless you pulled hard on it which had evidently been done many times as the lock was loose on the door. Smelled like it had recently been fumigated. Bathroom vanity falling apart, broken toilet top, feces on the bathroom wall as well as the bed skirt. Air conditioning worked intermittently. We paid an additional $50 deposit on each room which wouldn’t have been an issue if the rooms were in good condition. Hallways smelled like urine. Staff were all pleasant. We did not complain as we felt like there wasn’t anything they could do about the things we found, this hotel was simply in disrepair. Definitely more of an extended stay place. The hotel website does note new ownership, when we got there a staff member was power washing so you can see they’re trying to make improvements. I wish the photos advertised would have been more accurate.
The room was clean enough, but the carpet felt sticky. There is a pool with no water and a kitchen that doesn't serve food. The room I had had a kitchenette, but did not have a single dish, pot, pan, utensil. Not even a coffee maker. Seems like this used to be a nice place but is very sub-par now. It was a nice close walk to a great bakery and cocktail lounge. It also felt very safe.
