Pros are the staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. The cons however are the rooms. We did not sleep all night as we could hear both sets of neighbors. All night we heard people yelling, slamming doors, or talking. There is no one at the front desk after 8pm to address these issues even though there is a quiet hour time. Additionally, our air conditioner sounded similar to a jet engine and the clock next to the bed makes noise every time a minute flips on it.
