This hotel was a very nice place for us to stay during our recent visit to Knoxville to attend our niece's wedding party. Very clean and spacious room and eating area for breakfast, which had a nice variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional. When I had a question about a charge on my credit card, they were very helpful and politely explained the charge to my satisfaction. We loved the location of this hotel; right downtown so we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Great restaurants, shops, parks and the river close by.

The hotel is situated in a great place near many dining and night spot options. The rooftop bar is definitely worth visiting to have a drink and take in the views (under 21 is allowed before 8pm). The hotel was nicer than I was expecting it to be and reminded me more of some of the boutique style hotels I have stayed in versus a major chain hotel.
