The staff was friendly and very helpful helping us navigate thru the city. The hotel is central to the metro and several of the Smithsonian museums and major attractions. The only minor observation was the pillows were too soft.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and kind even on a busy weekend. We were there for a soccer game at Audi Field and it was a convenient walk. Roof terrace was nice to hang out on and watch the party going on outside. Room was clean and quiet. Had a great visit

Really good location with a metro just across the street. 30-min walking distance to National Mall. Great clean rooms and responsive stuff. Indoor pool is really small one but that wasn't our main priority. My family spent a worderful week in DC, overerall only positive experience!

Great location, safe, walking distance to restaurants and grocery. We were a family of four, with kids and it was a good location. Metro was close, we used it to the sites one day. Very safe. We used Uber another day and that worked well too. The only negative was the parking, it’s $70 a day, that’s very expensive. However that’s typical for downtown metro parking. I would highly recommend!

MOE at check in was the best. Great personality.We joked about being from NY. Erika at breakfast was great also. She made sure the guests had what they needed. This was a wonderful hotel. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast ended a little earlier than I would have liked on Friday (9am), but I was able to get there in time. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It was convenient to everything I needed in the city.

The PERFECT Place to stay if you are in Washington DC for a couple of MLB Games. I could see the Rooftop Lights from my seat at the Nationals Park during a Washington/Marlins Game. Amazing Fan Zone. Starting on the corner across the Street, the Bullpen. As you walk towards the Ball Park, Bars, restaurants with patio areas set up and down the Center of the Street. Stores/Venders selling water, hats, jerseys etc... An easy 20 minute walk to the US Capitol Building.
