The single bedroom was perfect - nice shower room and comfy bed, good tea/coffee selection. The outside of the hotel looks really shabby, it desperately needs a coat of paint. Inside however the bar are was nice and the buffet breakfast very good. I’d stay again due to its reasonable rates

Our room was not in the main building. It was dated. We asked for 2 keys but told only 1 was allowed.Room was clean, but there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so after taking a hot shower and opening the window in the room, the mirror in the bathroom was still steamy. Breakfast was adequate and the bar was fine. The leisure centre was good. Lovely swimming pool, spa, steam room and sauna.

There was no WiFi in the room. The room was clean. The beds were not comfortable. The hotel was very run down. It didn’t seem well looked after. Letter missing from the main hotel sign, over grown gardens, dingy outside walls. We ate off site.

We had an updated room with a brand new bathroom and shower, BUT, the building seems like it’s falling apart, the bed was tiny, the pillows terrible. While the pool is very nice, the “Jacuzzi” was cold. At over $300/night, this was at best a 1-star hotel that may have been nice forty years ago, but is now in sad shape.

Our room was quite basic and a bit dated, but clean and tidy. There was a great selection of options for breakfast and it was delicious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal the night before for my Dad's 80th and the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Thank you!

We had a disappointing experience, especially for the high cost. The building is in a state of disrepair and requires major renovations and significant upgrades. I would not recommend this hotel. The food and service in the restaurant was good, however.
