A wonderful location for taking beautiful pictures of the landmarks. Hotel staff are all very polite and friendly. The gentleman, Jerry Pan, who registered me and my husband at check-in, is very professional. He made sure everything was resolved at our satisfaction. We rented the premier room on the sixth floor with a big balcony overseeing the Suzhou Creek and a direct view to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower area. The day time view was great but the night time view with the light show was a breathtaking beauty you can ever see a commercial district. I think there are several restaurants in the hotel. We only tried the Chinese Restaurant at the 1st floor and the breakfast at the 2nd floor. The breakfast was a half buffet that you can choose one of the three set breakfasts and get more rest from buffet. Food is overall pretty good.
