We had an amazing stay at the W hotel the palm Dubai. The check in was amazing and Rose explained everything very clearly regarding the hotel and the all-inclusive package. The hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was amazing. We spent most evenings in Aether bar and Prativia was excellent, remembered our names and drinks etc.. the service was excellent form everyone in the bar. The sobe bar was excellent, and PJ and all the staff were amazing. We would recommend a visit to Akira Back as the food was stunning. The concierge Ismail was excellent and he booked several trips for us during our stay, he made everything easy and we highly recommended you book any trips through him. We had an amazing stay and will back soon! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay.

All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. The vibe was relaxed and the room decor was contemporary glam. We only stayed one night but would love to return soon for a longer stay.
