"This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. "Nous avions reservé l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humidité (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflé à cause de l’humidité. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumé avant notre arrivée et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contacté le service client et ils nous ont relogé dans un autre appartement qui était vraiment mieux. "We had such a lovely room, the private patio was gorgeous with many health plants and panoramic views of Ortigia. We could see the city on the right and the sea on the left. With the wooden table & chairs we had a lovely breakfast out there with a view and we were able to catch a beautiful sunset on our first night without having to leave. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the room was very clean & quiet. We would absolutely come back again."
