I’ve never seen hotel staff so friendly and helpful. They are very sensitive to guests that are there getting treatment or visiting loved ones at the hospitals nearby. The property is very close to MD Anderson with an hourly shuttle five days a week and also just a 15 minute walk. The rooms were very restful, clean, and quiet. A great stay!

Staff sooo helpful and nice. I am from NE so hospitality so different. Everyone I met was great. I felt genuine welcoming care with anything I needed. They have an hourly scheduled shuttle to the Medical Centers which is so convenient and helpful as I was visiting an ill family member and didn't know my way around. It was hot too so abit of respite from heat. The breakfast staff was so nice -you felt like your grandma was telling you to relax and eat... they brought me tea, checked on everyone, cleaned up to make space, remembered guests..... Awesome cookies!

Very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean, we were going to MD Anderson and they provided a shuttle to and from which was nice. The only down fall, was they charge for parking and we didn’t know about that. But over all it was very nice.
