Nice hotel on the beach…..food at the various venues was good.. FYI…an 18% surcharge is automatically applied to each purchase at the bars and restaurants ….also a resort fee of $45 + tax is applied to your bill every day..

Room was very dirty upon available, bathroom had feces on wall and glass door, Door to the room wouldn't lock, phone was broken, hairdryer didn't work, woke ever morning to very loud banging noise from a employee closet on the other side of the bed wall. All though most of our trip was not spent in the room... Beach and pool area very nice. Food was hit or miss-received a chicken slider at the in door bar with no chicken. Out side pool bar best food all week.

Was good but I was in the beach side tower. Breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing special, standard. Great walkability. Staff all seemed great Beach chairs are put away by 6pm. Too early. Otherwise all good.
