First time staying at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, but hopefully won't be our last. Gorgeous property, located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do (concert at Dominion Energy Center, great meal at Julep's, wonderful breakfast at Perly's). Highly recommend if you are looking for a very special stay.

Staying at the Jefferson is like stepping into an old movie set in a beautiful hotel (and I am sure it has in fact "starred" in a few movies). The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was inviting and, honestly, I think the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in — perfect mattress, perfect pillows, cool sheets. We hope we can have another little getaway there someday!

Such a great hotel - great staff, interesting, welcoming... we always feel good at the Jefferson. Our only ask is please, please improve the gym (though access to the great YMCA close by helps).

I have never stayed at the Jefferson before, so I was knocked out by the room, the service, and the quality of everything. We had in-suite dining and were highly impressed by both the food and the promptness of delivery. The parking staff, bell hops, and doormen were outstanding. We were mightily impressed by the seamless connection among the parking folks, luggage delivery, and the front desk. Many other hotels could learn from this service! We were at the Jefferson for a Wedding Celebration...the cocktail party and the dinner were excellent! Having a gluten allergy, I was deeply appreciative of the staff's and chef's response to my needs--esp. given that we were with a group. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience.
