I was mostly satisfied with the staffs of the hotel and the view of my room. Although the bed had bed bugs, the staff helped me switch to another and offer me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Hotel staffs were mostly friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you want a perfect and center view of Victoria Harbour.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect and made getting around so easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and felt very comfortable during my stay. Great service, great location, and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

It is my and my wife's wedding ceremony, and our first time staying in the hotel. The staff were nice and upgraded us to another luxury room with a late check-out. Don't miss the 1700hrs chill time at the restaurant, which is free of charge, and the Hyrox-ready gym room.

the entire property was stunning. we loved our view from the room. bathroom was amazing. service was top tier. bar we visited has a great ambiance and service. we went to do a couples spa day and the massage rooms were amazing and very private. the couples room even has a full tub with an amazing outlook view of the city. definitely will be back!

Edgy hotel in the heart of Kowloon. The rooms are a decent size and have spectacular views of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. They were also super clean. The staff are quite young on the whole and were super helpful, friendly, and informative. We were greeted by multiple staff every time we returned to the hotel saying hello, welcome back, or how was your day? They have a great coffee shop on Level 15 of the hotel, which is the same level as the check-in desk. The location is perfect also, walking distance to the main shopping centres on Canton Road, Nathan Road, Salisbury Rd, and the Avenue of the Stars. The MTR station is literally outside the hotel and it is a short walk along the waterfront to Star Ferries. Some of Kowloon's best restaurants - a shout out to Aqua - are located in the nearby hotels within walking distance. I will definitely return to Hong Kong to stay in this hotel again.

​A huge thank you to the staff for a perfect stay! After an early morning arrival, they let us freshen up in the gym showers while we waited for our room. The hotel is brand new and spotless, and the harbor view upgrade they gave us was absolutely stunning. 10/10 service. we’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and new Kimpton Suites. The staff was wonderful, especially the bar team who served the free wine at happy hour. We were there for the grand opening party as well and they invited us, but we could not attend but we could tell the guests were having a wonderful time. The location is great with the metro just a block away where you could get anywhere in the city. If we ever come back to Hong Kong, we will definitely stay here again.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the room with unobstructive harbor view. This is a new hotel which recently opened in September 2025. The hotel is located in an excellent location at TST with easy access to MTR, Star Ferry and taxi. The hotel conditions/amenities/staff were great! Also, the Jija restaurant at the hotel lobby was very good! I'd certainly book this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong..

Prime location near the K11s, Avenue of stars and eateries. Hotel is beautiful, interesting choices such as the textured tiles, we enjoyed the casual bar that was accomodating to our 6 year old. Best hotel we have ever stayed in!! It was luxurious, with incredible restaurants (their breakfast was incredible), their facilities are exceptional and their staff just made everything even better. They were all so welcoming and went above and beyond!! Our son was injured, within mins a doctor had arrived! The staff were all checking in on him for the rest of our stay. If you want to be pampered, their day spa is also incredible, i felt so spoilt in there! We would travel back to Hong Kong, just for this hotel! Cant recommend it enough!!

First time staying in Kowloon for a business trip and it did not disappoint! Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui: What an experience, WOW!! 10/10 from start to finish. Amazingggg guest service, some of the best I’ve ever experienced during my many travels for work in Asia. Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff, from begging to end. I cannot thank you enough for making this trip so special and enjoyable. The pool, restaurants and amenities are a major plus. And special mention to the Spa located in the hotel.
