This hotel is in the heart of downtown miami around the corner from Bayside where you can get tickets for a bus tour or boat cruise. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Room very spacious, has all that you would need. The pool and spa on the roof top was great, with lovely views all atound. The metromover is next door, free transport around town. The building has a garage that takes you to your apt. floor. Must use your room card to access and use elevator. There is a gym also.

The concierge was so helpful and happily helped us check in, answer questions during our stay, assisted with late check out process, and check out. The place was clean, including our room! So convenient to have a washer and dryer in our unit! Pool had a great view and heated! I would definitely stay here again!

The rooftop pool area is exceptionally clean and beautiful, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the view of the skyline or watching TV. However, the newly constructed college and parking lot garage obstructed the view from the rooms. My studio was situated on the 4th floor. The check-in process was seamless, and Ignacio was exceptionally pleasant and promptly assisted me with any concerns I had. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ignacio for making my stay enjoyable.
