All the staff were very friendly - front door, desk, cleaning, and breakfast. They made you feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing with great food and far more choices than any hotel I have been to before. The staff was very attentive to make sure all the options were restocked before they ran out and were quick to help in any way. I didn't notice a whole section of options that a staff member pointed out when I asked about something else. Some family stayed at a more expensive hotel nearby and the Residents Inn was far superior in so many ways.
