The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and overlooked a lush jungle with the sound of a flowing water stream, with a private pool that made every morning feel like a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served right to our villa at time. It’s just far from central Ubud, but the hotel offers free shuttle to the center on scheduled timing. I would also suggest be to add a bit more lighting inside the room, especially in the evening. It felt a little dim at times. We mentioned that to the team and they immediately brought in a self-standing lamp to improve the lighting. That kind of responsiveness really stood out. It was villa no.1\. The villa was nice. Room was clean and spacious. However, we couldn’t get WiFi the whole time in the villa throughout our 4 days stay there. Someone came to try to fix it and reset it but it didn’t work still. Only once in the bar when we were having a drink, we could get the WiFi. Besides, I wish the linens for the outdoor dining chairs and lounge chairs were cleaner. And the reception lady who received us was not as friendly, all the other staff were very nice though.
