Customer service rep was rude when I called to ask about the building and room entry since there is no front desk service. Room was fine, bathroom clean. Guests were quiet. Parking lot is well lit at night.

I thought the location was great, the hotel was lovely. The only thing was the amenities, ie soap, shampoo, etc. was a bit light. Easy check in, easy to access the building and room

It’s hotel where everything is via door codes, no human check in system, I only saw employees in morning breakfast, they were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is coffee, toast or bagel and coffee, that was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it was a good 2 night stay.

We arrived after the front desk had left for the day but the auto locks worked fine. It was minimal decor but the bed was great and everything worked. It was nice to have the deck off each room.

We would stay here again. The only negative was using the door code, which took some experimenting to conquer. But the room was clean and CD quiet snd we would stay again if in the area.

The room was very neat, clean and tidy. It was very quiet so sleeping was easy. The only thing we would suggest is maybe adding a small table in the bathroom as the sink area is very small and no where to sit anything.

The stay was very nice. Quiet area, property was clean and modest. Two issues were: the bathroom exhaust vent was noticeably dirty....and the mattress was softer than we're use too.
