Pricing received 4stars because Expedia charged quite a bit more per night for the room according to the invoices. The accommodations were well furnished and supplied. We absolutely loved the views, the layout, and the pool. The ocean was nice and cold, with many sea life (sharks, rays, snails, fish, crab) close to the shore. The beach was clean, spacious, and had helpful staff. Karaoke was a big hit for our children. The arcade was a wonderful addition.

My partner and I came here to celebrate his birthday, and it was our first time visiting Panama City Beach. This place was amazing!!! We had such a great time, even visiting during the off-season. The heated pool and lazy river were so nice and made our stay even more enjoyable. The cottages are absolutely adorable, clean, and have everything you need to feel right at home. We also enjoyed the restaurant! The food and drinks were good, although we did find it a little pricey for the portions and wish there were a few more menu options. The beach is just steps away from the property, and honestly, it was the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Florida. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was so nice and made us feel right at home. We truly had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! ❤️

The Oceanfront Cottage was amazing. Direct beach access with great views from all 3 levels. The entire family enjoyed the property from the 3 year old to the grandparents!

Incredible property!! The pictures are accurate and in fact reality exceeded my expectations!! The independent cottages with amenities allowed for such a great experience. Clean, quaint, tropical, family friendly but fun for grown ups too!! I just can’t say enough about how nice margaritaville beach cottage resort was!!!

This unit (Rc01) was just a half block from all the pool stuff and a short walk to the beach access. Quiet, the units by the pool I think could be noisy. Perfect location. Had lots of towels and was clean. The only negative was in the kitchen. Not one spice (not even salt or pepper), only 3 pods of dishwasher and laundry soap, and no bigger skillets to cook for a larger group. So be prepared to buy everything (there was enough TP).

We absolutely loved this place. It was so nice to have our own house vs. a hotel room but still have the accommodations of a resort. Very safe and clean. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer.

We lost power twice in 2 different areas of our cottage and maintenance had to come out. It took them 2hrs to find someone and they did show up at midnight. Two wall plugs also blew out. The next day we lost power in the bedroom and bathroom and the entire system box had fried!! The picture that was shown to me was not the loft we ended up getting. We had these horrible metal twisty stairs with a tiny platform to turn around on to finish getting upstairs. We couldn't use the loft as we're 72 and 75yrs old and my husband uses a cane. No railing on the outside to get up on the porch so l had to grab a column to help myself up and no railing around the porch. We have stayed in Margaritaville Orlando twice and loved it. This was a 50th wedding anniversary trip and we expected like Orlando. The staff was fantastic 👏 and so was the pool area and restaurant.

Love Margarittaville places. Staff were super kind and helpful. The room needed a little deep cleaning - walls were marked up and stairs were dirty. We also found drink tops under the nightstand. Otherwise, it was a fabulous place.

We booked a surf bungalow for two adults. It was super cute and well stocked except for no Tupperware containers but no big deal there. The only down side to this unit is no oven. But not a deal breaker. We felt it was a little pricey for the unit itself but the amenities at the pool made up for it. As long as you go during busy season there is lots to do at the pool area with daily activities. We were there during a slow week so really nothing on the schedule was done until Friday when more people came in for Labor Day weekend. Again not a deal breaker for us but if you have kids that might affect your stay. Staff members were pleasant especially bartenders Nick and Emily. Only issue we had was trying to book an extra night and was told one night by a super nice front desk person we could but the next night was told by two different staff members that they were sold out of every unit and could not. After checking online we found availability for the day in question and went back to front desk where we had the first girl who said we could get extra night added but was told by another person we could not. Well thankfully she was there again this time because we got our extra night booked and stayed longer. Don’t always believe they are sold out. All in all a great stay but felt it was a little pricey for units but would definitely stay again. The one thing they could include in their units to make it worth the pice is to include chairs and umbrella. Beach is beautiful.
