The staff was outstanding all very appreciative and attentive but the building and rooms however are old and tired looking, not maintained and definitely in need of repair. The refrigerator made odd noises, the bathroom light/fan when it came on was clicking, the toilet did not flush all the way and my room was kind of smelly. Not a bad location right by the highway easy enough access to the beach, north to Tampa and south to downtown St. Petersburg. All in all it’s a perfect spot for me to stay when I go into to that area I would visit more if maintenance was kept up✌️

The outside could use some cleaning. Got onto the room smelled really good. It was really clean. Had a hard time getting extra towels because they did not speak any English. Could use more chairs and tables in the room for sitting. Overall, it was an OK place.

This is the homeless motel for this part of the city. The rooms reflect such. Microwave had more rust on inside than paint!!! Health Hazard!! Room was as clean as they could make it. Thought ESA was for business travelers staying longer periods. This was not good :(

Good value for the money spent. Staff is very supportive. There are TWO of these motels in the general area, and I have stayed at both of them. They are both bargains. Just across the street, you would pay almost double for a room at the Hilton.

Pictures are nicer than reality. NO COFFEE in room or lobby. “Free” breakfast is packaged muffins and Nutri-Grain bars. Room is spacious though and bed was comfortable. Located right next to Panera which was a savior. No parking either but they are redoing the roof.

Go Nicole and staff you guys are my heroes

The staff is super amazing especially Nicole Nicole deserves to raise she was truly my savior she went over and beyond to help me I had an online issue and made my state super enjoyable since I never have alone time she helped me fix it so I was able to get away from of the eight people I take care of for the last 2 years I've only had a break and she helped me make it very enjoyable

I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Dust and dirt every where. The floor was filthy af dirt stains all over the floor. I had to run to the dollar store to bleach everything down and it still felt dirty af but felt a whole lot better. The staff is nice people. I used all of the hotel towels just for the floor.
