My 4 night stay was comfortable and has access to the metro, shopping and plenty of options to eat. There is a convenient shop called Lawsons next to the hotel for miscellaneous snacks and drinks. Breakfast was included and there were Chinese and western options. The only downside of the breakfast was that the menu was pretty much the same every morning. My room was a decent size worth adequate amount of power points. The setting wifi service was extremely not friendly for their foreign customers if they do not have a local phone number. Secondly, I booked for a nonsmoking room, but the smoke smell was very badly when I just got into the room. I went to their official website to email for a billing invoice but the email address listed: novotel@novotel-nanjing-central.com was an invalid email address that bounced back. I resorted to messaging them via Expedia but there was no response. I have no idea what I can do to refute or to clarify these billing, leaving me with no choice but to pay for them.
