The staff in the amenities was absolute amazing…. But the rooms are clearly dated, had a stale smell, the world’s most uncomfortable beds, and no one had stayed in our room in quite some time. The coffee, drinks, and snacks in the room were expired. I would not call this a luxurious hotel based off the room alone.

Firstly I’ll start by saying that the customer service was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. The room we were in was old dark and did not smell good. The shower was very old and the shower curtains had mold. Pictures of the rooms on Expedia do not match what you actually get. Overall I give this place a 5 out of 10.
