The staff were all so amazing and really tried hard to help me change rooms to a quieter area. However, nothing was available as the hotel was fully booked. It is always a daunting task to book a hotel without ever seeing it. I have stayed in Miami more than 4 times and had stayed at various hotels. This by far has been the best one and will continue to book this hotel for future stays. The location is perfect and the rooms are great. The rooftop pool is an added bonus as well.
