The staff are top notch. The facility is really beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the decor takes you back to a time of warmth and family. We stayed in the family suite and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The chilaquiles were among the best eaten. The location was perfect. Walked everywhere. We will be back.

Beautiful building! The room was basic. The man at the front desk was super helpful and really cared that we have a great experience. The other front desk staff not so much. The other staff were very nice and friendly. The second night was better than the first. The bed was very hard but we put extra blankets down to soften it. The water pressure was low but they fixed it so the shower was better. We really missed the name of the hotel being carried into more poetry. The location was great. There are many hotels to choose from. This was one that was pretty good.

The hotel is so beautiful and walking distance to everything, they offer you the callejoneada please take that you are not going to regret it, Guanajuato is my state and we enjoy our visit, everyone was so helpful, I call the day day before to ask some questions and they help me a lot, we are going to come back to el meson de Los Poetas, the food was so good, my aunt recommended to me and we are going to do the same!!!
