Very helpful and friendly staff. Stone rooms are nicely decorated. Prepare to have some cardio exercises by walking the uphill and stairs. Very good experience and memories, recommend to stay.

Stayed in this great hotel during Christmas. The location is perfect, just a little 5-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful, modern stone rooms and bungalows hidden in a wonderful mountain garden, with a gorgeous sea view! The food and cocktails were amazing. The staff was quite friendly and kind, many thanks to all! Also, the music band taking stage on Christmas evening made everyone enjoy the night :)

Probably Good in the On Season?

We were on a Turkiye road trip and decided to come to Ölüdeniz for a quiet NYE. We were drawn in by the pictures of the hot tubs on the balconies! The bungalows are VERY cute and well put together but we do wish we had not come here on NYE. When we arrived, they told us they were having a party that we could join for a substantial amount (3 x what we paid for the room) but we're not really partiers and don't drink. Regardless, we were IN THE PARTY ALL NIGHT UNTIL 2AM...it was so loud... we got no rest. We wish they'd have let us know in advance so we could change our plans, especially since out hot tub didn't even work...lol. I got up early for a new year sunrise soak but it was only cold water from the tap. Then, the poor staff were so tired from the party, they were annoyed at our presence for breakast. There wasn't even coffee or drinks available. I know this sounds really complainy, but I do think the rooms are probably usually lovely...just not for NYE if you're looking for a peaceful night and quality service.

Ütü istedik 2 gün sonra geldi, kaldığımız 4. Deniz manzaralı, jakuzili odada kaldık. 2 yetişkin bir bebek olarak. Odaya ulaşmamız için 100 civarı dik ve taş merdiven çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Oda temizliği iyi değildi. Banyo kapı arkasında ölü böcek ve örümcek ağları vardı. Odadaki bardaklar inanılmaz derecede kirliydi (toz değil). Jakuziyi akşam 9 gibi güneş enerjisi bittiği için kullanamadık, sadece gündüz veya yoğun olmayan günlerde kullanabilirsiniz gibi duruyor. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Doğa içinde bir oteldi.

Shouldn’t really be called beach hotel

Friendly and helpful staff and a great room. The only two issues with the hotel is that it’s on the side of a mountain and has steep steps to climb everywhere in the resort. There’s LOUD music playing until 1am every night

Otel dag eteginde yer aldigi icin epey merdiven cikarak ulasabiliyorsunuz odalara. Odalar cok ferah, balkon genis ve sabahlari kus sesleri ile denize bakarak uyanmak sahane. Gorevlilerin cogu yeni ve ya turkcesi epey sinirliydi. Bunlar biraz dezavantaj olabiliyor iletisim acisindan. Kahvaltisi fena degil. Wi-Fi ve bazi gsm operatorleri pek cekmiyor. Uzaktan calisayim diyorsaniz biraz zor olabilir.

Gayet iyiydi konumu sahile 5 dakika sadece bir miktar otopark sorunu var ama gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı 4 5 çeşit peynir ve zeytin sıcaklar falan çok iyiydi. Isıtmalı havuzu vardı odalar temiz sigara kokmuyor. Personeli güler yüzlü ilgiliydi.

Berbat

Otel tamamen para üzerine kurulmuş berbat bir işletme, müşteri memnuniyeti zerre umurlarında değil. Derbi akşamı maçı büyük ekranda izlemek istediğimiz için restoran bölümüne gittik. Maçı yemek yersek izleyebileceğimizi söylediler. Yine kendi aldığımız şarabı açtırmak için restorandan tirbuşon istediğimizde veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Şişeyi getirelim siz açın dediğimizde ise patron kızıyor, şarabı bizden içmeniz lazım diyerek açmadılar. Oda temizliğini özellikle söylemiş olmamıza rağmen yapmadılar, ikram olarak koydukları iki adet 50 cl suyu bile koymadılar. Gitmek isteyenler kesinlikle iki kere düşünsün.
