We had a problem with the refrigerator and within 2 hours JR at the front desk, had Chris in maintenance up to our room and replaced the old fridge with a brand new one. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place and reasonably priced.

It was an ok stay. Had stains on my sheets and towels. Kids had a good time at the pool. Breakfast didn’t have much items. Parking garage was a maze especially with bigger vehicles.

The rooms were clean, stocked well with full size kitchen appliances. Great view overlooking the beach!! Had a great time and would definitely stay again. Only downside is the bedroom is by the door and we were right across from the elevator and could hear it all night and people too but it was what it was and the parking is very tight . Otherwise wonderful place to stay

This was a last-minute reservation because my reservation at another hotel was canceled. The hotel has a dated, rustic look and feel. Parking can be a bit tough because of the steep ramp inclines. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony's beachfront view was amazing. I would stay there again.

Tje Monteray was a nice older hotel to visit. The staff was amazing, best breakfast we've had traveling thus far in the South. The hotel and parking count use a few more updates, but it's a solid hotel choice for a family

Room looked over the beach seen fireworks Walked out to the roof top pool which my grandson loved! Received vouchers for breakfast which was a full breakfast not just bagels and cereals although I would have eaten much earlier got up early to walk the beach everyday and enjoyed every minute so calming and relaxing The outdoor grounds were kept up so beautiful I love the array of flowers

Overall, the property was very good. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The only downside was that housekeeping did not automatically clean the room each day, and we had to request service instead.

Parking was a little iffy with a very steep decline out of the parking garage. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Ladies fixing breakfast were the best and food was delicious. Great location. Loved having two balconies with the angle view room.

The beach view was nice and the free breakfast was good but the hot tub and lazy river were closed the entire trip and pools looked very dirty and the hotel room Murphy bed has a weird smell and the sofa is a blue color but it had a brownish bluish color bc of how dirty it was

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. All staff members were friendly. The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean also the grits, eggs and cheese was delicious. The meal would have been completed with some beef or turkey based meat.
